MICROFLORA OF SLIME COVERING CARDBOARD PRODUCTION MACHINERY (Mikroflora Slizistykh Obrastanii Oborudovaniya Kartonnogo Proizvodstva),

Abstract

The slime removed from cardboard-making equipment was found to contain 67 species of microorganisms, 23 of which actually formed the slime. The bacteria predominant in the slime in the shape of a distinctly outlined capsule are Bacillus cartilaginous n sp. Bact. aceris and filiform microorganisms similar to Sphaerotilus natans. (Author)
