Abstract
The mission of the agency includes programs to provide to the Department of the Air Force a single packaging engineering capability and test facility that will be available to all major air commands, to investigate, develop, test, and evaluate packaging materials, containers, methods, systems and techniques for adequacy and cost effectiveness, to provide a single Air Force location for storage and reference to packaging design and test data, and to program and direct work on a priority basis to provide best utilization of the Air Force Packaging Agency's facilities and personnel.
