THE AEROSOL COMPONENT OF THE MARTIAN ATMOSPHERE,

Abstract

The report discusses a method in which the number of fine aerosol particles (that is, the number of particles with radii of the order 0.000001 cm) in the atmosphere is estimated from the observationally determined Rayleigh component of optical thickness of the atmosphere.
