RESEARCH ON RESPONSE MODE AND FEEDBACK CHARACTERISTICS IN AUTOMATED INSTRUCTION.

Abstract

Beginning research addressed fundamental issues in programmed instruction. Later, it came to address issues common to both programed instruction and computer-assisted instruction. Throughout, the major factors of interest as they related to learning have been response modes, the cueing of responses, and feedback. (Author)
