ON THE WAVE EQUATION IN A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL CORNER,

Abstract

The paper describes the special case of the wave equation in the region x1,... xm, t = or > 0 with boundary conditions involving u and its normal derivative at each face. Existence, uniqueness, and continuous dependence of the solution on the inhomogeneous term are proven. A closed form for its Fourier-Laplace transform is obtained.
