COMMAND CONSULTATION: A PRACTICE MODALITY USED BY ARMY MENTAL HYGIENE CONSULTATION SERVICE STAFF.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to gain a better understanding of command consultation, a practice modality used by Army mental hygiene consultation service staff to deal with problems which impair the functioning not only of soldiers but also sub-sections of the system. This practice is carried on by mental hygiene consultation service staff serving in the capacity of consultants to military units on Army posts. (Author)
