The report constitutes an interim technical report for the period February 1, 1969 - April 30, 1970, and includes the following information. Section 2 contains information on research personnel affiliated with the ERL and the JSEP. Section 3 summarizes research effort by respective research area. Section 4 lists journal articles, talks and memoranda sponsored either in whole or in part by the JSEP.
