DEVELOPMENT OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTS FOR THE EVALUATION OF BONDED MATERIALS

Abstract

Data obtained in the surface condition study are presented. Electric field reflectometry, at 1 KHz and 9.8 GHz, and gas-phase ultrasonic transmission methods are detailed as possible methods for nondestructively evaluating substrate surfaces.
