DEVELOPMENT OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTS FOR THE EVALUATION OF BONDED MATERIALS

Abstract

Data correlations and analyses for the surface condition study are discussed. The basis for, and derivation of, an equation which provides the means to predict bond strength are presented. Results of feasibility studies for NDT techniques suitable to substrate surface characterization are discussed. (P. S.-PL)
