SYMPOSIUM ON POINT DEFECTS IN NON-METALS HELD AT MANCHESTER (ENGLAND), ON JANUARY 7-8, 1970.
Abstract
In January, 1970, the British Institute of Physics and the Physical Society sponsored their 7th Annual Solid State Physics Conference, at the University of Manchester. As a part of this conference, there was arranged a symposium of invited and contributed papers dealing with point defects in non-metallic crystalline solids. This report summarizes the papers which constituted that portion of the meeting. (Author)
