THE EVALUATION OF DECISION-RELEVANT ATTRIBUTES OF A PUBLIC SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION,

Abstract

The paper summarizes the empirical results of an evaluation of decision-relevant attributes of alternatives for the expansion of the public system of higher education in Texas. The actual numerical results are presented as an example of the nature of the information which may be obtained from a similar analysis, but, the emphasis is placed on the methodology involved in deriving the results and their implications for decisionmaking.
