ELASTIC ELECTRON SCATTERING FROM 13C,

Abstract

Cross sections for elastic scattering of electrons from the charge and magnetic distribution of 13C have been measured. The data, covering a range of q of 0.4 - 3.4 F sup (-1) are fitted by a phenomenological charge distribution. The difference between 12C and 13C is analyzed in terms of the change in parameters of the Woods-Saxom potential used in a shell model description of the nuclei. (Author)
