A TIME COURSE EVALUATION OF THE EYE'S ACCOMMODATIVE RESPONSE.

Abstract

Accommodative response durations of the eye were measured by an objective and subjective technique. Results of the study demonstrate that a relationship exists between the accommodative response duration and spectral composition of the target and subject age. Target luminance levels that differed by no more than three orders of magnitude were tested for effect on the accommodative response duration. (Author)
