RESEARCH ON METHODS FOR ESTABLISHING MINIMUM PHYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR NAVY JOBS.

Abstract

The objective of the 1951 project was to develop and evaluate methods and techniques for determining the physical requirements of Naval jobs. The first phase of the project is to analyze and evaluate structure, use and application of physical profiling systems, including those used in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. This report indicates personnel research activities and findings on the first phase of the study. (Author)
