Abstract
The purpose of the report is to present the findings of a study conducted to assess the attitudes, opinions and experiences of the men who provide personnel services (DKs, HMs, PNs, and YNs) regarding their views and perceptions of the conditions of Naval service, satisfaction with their ratings, their assignments, and their training.
