SURVEY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS AND SERVICES IN NAVAL AVIATION,

Abstract

A survey was undertaken to determine current needs in the way of psychological research and services in naval aviation. Underlying this survey is the opinion that valuable leads concerning such needs can be obtained from command and other officers; flight surgeons, and others who are in day-to-day contact with training and operations, and are aware of the problems arising in developing and maintaining efficiency and adjustment of aviation personnel.
