DEVELOPMENT OF METHODOLOGY FOR FLEET FOLLOW-UP STUDY OF SERVICE SCHOOL GRADUATES.
Abstract
In the preliminary phases of the project, job duties were extracted by the investigators from available written materials. These duties were incorporated into check lists, each of which was felt to encompass a specific recognizable area of performance. Each list was reviewed separately in accordance with the procedure previously developed for this purpose. Suggestions for revisions were recorded. (Author)
