COLLECTED INFORMATION ON OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES FOR PSYCHIATRIC UNITS: NAVY AND MARINE CORPS RECRUIT TRAINING FACILITIES,

Abstract

Evaluation of each recruit's fitness and suitability for service is a necessary function of the addressed activities which serve as centers for training of recruits for the U. S. Navy and U. S. Marine Corps. This evaluation has the view of separating personnel from service when it is determined that they are unsuitable for service because they cannot be expected to perform useful duty.
