HIGH-ORDER PERTURBATION THEORY FOR A ONE-ELECTRON ION IMMERSED IN A PLASMA.

Abstract

High order Rayleigh-Schrodinger perturbation theory is developed and applied to model problems in plasma spectroscopy; namely, the separate problems of an electron bound in a screened Coulomb potential and a one-election ion under the influence of long range proton. (Author)
