SYSTEM PARAMETER IDENTIFICATION: AN ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY.

Abstract

A major goal of research on physical processes is the derivation of a mathematical model of the system under test. Modeling, in turn, requires development of applicable equation forms and identification of the constants within those equations. This bibliography is designed to aid the researcher in finding a mathematical technique suitable for analysis of his data. Recent papers describing some of the methods available for system identification are listed and abstracted. An extensive list of nonabstracted papers is also included to serve as a further aid.
