MESON THEORETICAL POTENTIALS FOR USE IN ADVANCED POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM.

Abstract

A way was found to reinterpret the super-positions of Yukawa functions arising out of a generalized field theory in terms of nuclear meson form factors. A GOBEP model involving only real identified mesons was developed. In particular, a broad mass scalar meson was included which may realistically describe the properties of the Pion negative pion S wave resonance. The resulting interaction is the most realistic description of the N-N interaction now in the literature. Attempts to extend the generalized GOBEP using a relativistic dynamic formalism were successfully completed using an adaption of the Bethe-Salpeter equation.
