METHOD OF APPLYING A NOBLE METAL LAYER TO THE WORKING SURFACE OF CONTACTS MADE FROM ALLOYS OF A METAL WITH GOLD,

Abstract

The method of applying a noble metal layer to the working surface of contacts made of alloys of a metal with gold is distinguished by the fact that with the goal of simplification, the indicated layer is created by means of processing the working surface of the contacts by friction, as a result of which diffusion of atomic gold to the friction surface takes place, with the creation of a layer enriched with gold on the contact surface.
