ANALOG COMPUTER WITH CONSTANT DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING,

Abstract

To increase reliability and reduce monitoring equipment, an analog computer is equipped with two monitoring devices, each of which consists of an integrator and two summators; the inputs of the integrator and one summator of each monitoring unit are connected, correspondingly, with the inputs and outputs of all working integration and summation units, while the outputs of these monitoring integrators and summators are connected with the inputs of the secondary monitoring summators across comparators, the number of which exceeds the number of the monitored units by two, either to the recording or signalling devices or to the automatic machine-stop circuit.
