SYNTHESIS OF (BaSr)TiO3 SOLID SOLUTIONS FROM WATER-SOLUBLE COMPONENTS,

Abstract

The report presents the results of research to discover the optimal conditions for obtaining the named solid solutions with a strictly prescribed ratio of barium and strontium in them within the limits (Ba(0.9-0.5), Sr(0.1-0.5)TiO3. A series of tests was conducted to develop the influence of temperature (10, 25, 40, 60, and 80C) and a surplus of strontium in the initial salt mixtures (1.75, 2.0, and 2.5 times) on the composition of (BaSr)TiO3 solid solutions.
