VARIABILITY AND SCATTERING PROPERTIES OF THE STRATOSPHERIC AEROSOLS.

Abstract

Data is presented from balloon flights which shows the variability of the stratospheric aerosols during the period from 1965 to 1968 and gives evidence for their apparent systematic change with time. A study of the scattering properties of these aerosols has been made and the change in the size parameter with time is presented. (Author)
