CZOCHRALSKI GROWTH OF TUNGSTATE AND MOLYBDATE SCHEELITES,
Abstract
The processes of growing a series of nine scheelite-structured tungstates and molybdates with ten rare earth dopants by the Czochralski methods are described. Each material was prepared with several doping levels as well as in the pure form. Important details of all growth parameters are discussed, including annealing and optical finishing of samples for epr and optical absorption studies. (Author)
