NOMOGRAMS FOR CALCULATING THE DEPTHS OF PERENNIAL FREEZING OF ROCKS AND THERMAL CYCLES WITHIN THEM,

Abstract

In a collection of permafrost reports equations were proposed for calculating the depths of the perennial freezing and thawing of layers of rocks, and of the heat exchanges taking place in them. For a calculation of the heat exchanges Q (kcal) in the layer of rocks, pressing through the surface of the Earth during perennial freezing, formulas are given. (Author)
