REDEPLOYMENT STUDY OF UTILITY AND FACILITY COMPONENTS. VOLUME I. REPORT.

Abstract

Two types of analyses are inherent in the study. The predominant one is an economic analysis designed as a tool and basis for determining the disposition of utility and facility components at installations that are to be closed or transferred. The secondary one is a determination of the advisability to long term store, 10 to 20 years, the utility and facility items studied. (Author)
