OPTIMALLY INSENSITIVE ACTIVE CIRCUIT SYNTHESIS OF SECOND ORDER TRANSFER FUNCTIONS,

Abstract

Using state variable techniques, the synthesis is considered of a second order transfer function using operational amplifiers, resistors and integrators. The circuit is found which minimizes the maximum of the absolute value of the sensitivity of either the w sub 0 or Q of the transfer function to any component variation. An improvement by a factor of two is noted over a circuit discussed previously. (Author)
