REPORT ON FROST INVESTIGATION 1944 - 1945. ADDENDUM NO. 1, 1945 - 1947.
Abstract
The purpose of the report is to present the results of studies made and data obtained during the frost investigation program for the fiscal years 1945-1946 and 1946-1947 and to recommend warranted revisions to Chapter 4, Part XII of the Engineering Manual entitled 'Frost Conditions'. This report was prepared as an addendum to the 'Report on Frost Investigation, 1944-1945' dated April 1947. (Author)
