NAVYMEN'S OPINIONS OF THE SERVICES RENDERED BY PERSONNEL OFFICES, DISBURSING OFFICES AND DISPENSARIES.

Abstract

The study is concerned with Navymen's opinions of the service given them at Navy personnel offices, disbursing offices and dispensaries. A sample survey research design was used to obtain approximately 5,000 responses from a two percent random sample of the Navy enlisted population. The aspects of service analyzed fall into three groups - managerial, competence and interpersonal. Differences in degrees of satisfaction were also examined between lower and higher rated men and between men having different duty assignments. (Author)
