X-RAY AND PARTICLE RADIATION AT HIGH ALTITUDES IN THE AURORAL ZONE.
Abstract
A summary of field work, analysis of data and other related activities is given for the period 1 July 1969 - 30 June 1970. Fifteen balloons with payloads for the recording of auroral zone x-ray events were launched from Andenes during July and August 1969. The recordings are being analyzed. The plans for 1970-71 are outlined. (Author)
