REQUIREMENTS FOR SIMULATED OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS OF LARGE PROTECTIVE SHELTERS.

Abstract

Background is provided for the development of a computerized model of postattack social environments to be completed in a separate effort. The documentation and detailed description of the wide range of functions and models required for an adequate representation of such environments were presented in chapters entitled: Attack Scenario, Basic Shelter System, Shelter Situation, and Shelter Management Actions. Each of these chapters describes the functions or processes outlined for each of these shelter system components, and includes any supportive data which served as the background for such modeling efforts.
