IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE INTEGRATED FACILITIES SYSTEM.
Abstract
The document presents a conceptual plan for the development and implementation of the Integrated Facilities System (IFS) subsequent to the current functional design phase. The plan is divided into two main parts: manual mode implementation and implementation of the automated portion of the IFS. A third section addresses extension of the system to overseas areas. This document is intended to supplement the forthcoming Detailed Functional System Requirement (DFSR) for the Integrated Facilities System, and DA Pamphlet 18-5, Development and Maintenance of Multicommand ADP Systems.
