ANTIOXIDANT ADDITIVE FOR HYDROCARBON OILS,

Abstract

The use of Ionol (2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol) as an antioxidant additive to hydrocarbon oils is known. It is proposed that derivatives of beta-hydrozinepropionic acids of the following general formula be used as an antioxidant additive to hydrocarbon oils: H2NN(R)CH(R1)CH(R2)COOH where R, R1, R2 are H, CH3, C6H5 respectively.
