CRUISE REPORT CHAIN CRUISE 98.

Abstract

Mooring work to be done was the recovery of Station 322, (a two-month study of the upper layer at Site D), and the remains of Station 320 which has already parted by the time of the January cruise but had been left on the bottom because of rough weather. It was planned to set five bottom moorings along 70 degrees W. in an array extending from 37 deg 30 min N. to 28 degrees N. (Author)
