Abstract

The paper reports on a series currently underway which are part of a long term project aimed at specifying the design requirements for a real-time, computer-aided, information system for the selection, review and evaluation of research and development (R and D) projects. Specifically the report focuses on phases of the research which have been supported by the Office of Naval Research.
