TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE DEPENDENCE OF THE OPTICAL AND ELECTRICAL GAP IN CHALCOGENIDE GLASSES

Abstract

The optical absorption edge E sub g and the conductivity sigma of two bulk chalcogenide semiconductor glasses were measured as functions of pressure and temperature. Results are discussed.
