ENGINEERING AND COST ANALYSIS OF MARINE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS (Tekhniko-Ekonomicheskii Analiz Sudovykh Sistem Konditsionirovaniya Vozdukha),

Abstract

The article presents the results of a comparative engineering and cost analysis of the principal types of marine air-conditioning systems in seagoing cargo ships: Computations for air-conditioning systems were made for a 15,000 dwt tanker with a full load displacement of 20,000 tons with a diesel propulsion plant rated at 9,000 hp.
