PARAMETERS AFFECTING THE MEASUREMENT OF AERO ENGINE EXHAUST SMOKE: A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF TEST DATA

Abstract

The report describes a computerized statistical analysis of test data from engine smoke measurements. The analysis indicated that test data can be used to arrive at statistically meaningful conclusions about four measuring system parameters.
