Printed-Circuit-Board Soldering Training for Group IV Personnel

Abstract

One purpose of the research investigation was to determine whether or not Mental Group 4 personnel can be taught, within an acceptable period of training, to perform adequately an exacting, technical Navy skill such as printed-circuit-board soldering. A related purpose was to compare two methods for accomplishing such training.
