AUTOMATION OF PERSONNEL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DATA: A STUDY.

Abstract

To assist the Bureau of Naval Personnel in planning for automated officer and enlisted performance evaluation systems, the study had as its phases: survey of fifteen selected organizations for related experience in automating such systems, analysis of the current Navy performance evaluation systems, feasibility study of current and projected hardware and software, and recommendations for Navy planning.
