Abstract

The paper describes the tactical and technical proficiency required of the Infantry rifle squad leader to inspect, pack, transport, site, install, fire, recover, maintain, and safeguard the Claymore as a controlled, one-shot weapon; to employ it as a mine or a boobytrap; and to supervise the employment of the weapon by his men.
