Study of the Influence of Electromagnetic Force Fields on Biological Systems.

Abstract

The report describes studies of the effects of unidirectional electromagnetic force fields, applied at a frequency of 800 cps, for six hours on dunaliella and ciliates suspended in media with electrical resistivity similar to the organism under study. Electromagnetic force fields were studied for significant differences in survival rate, external configuration, mobility and subsequent growth rate. Electrical resistivity measurements for several biological fluids and tissues are reported. (Author)
