A Group Theoretic Approach to Steady Heat Conduction in Regions With Generation.

Abstract

A systematic procedure based on group theory is presented which is aimed at establishing a change of variables that enables a given boundary-value problem describing steady heat conduction with generation to be transformed to a boundary-value problem depicting steady conduction with zero generation.
