Dynamics and Stability of Electrolytic Bubbles: Bubble Departure Diameters.

Abstract

The work described is concerned with obtaining and interpreting bubble contact angles and bubble detachment diameters. It was the object of the work described to devise a method for growing gas bubbles (H2 and O2) on solid horizontal electrode surfaces (Platinum) and measuring the contact angles and the departure diameters.
