Abstract
The report is the proceedings of the Second Chapel Hill Conference on Combinatorial Mathematics and Its Applications, held at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, May 8-13, 1970. This conference was aimed at promoting discussion and collaboration among research workers in this rapidly growing branch of mathematics, and in its many and varied fields of applications. The conference was attended by well over a hundred people. This report contains the papers presented at this conference. (Author)
