Abstract

The report is intended for workers in concerns, organizations and electronic data processing installations employing 'Vil'nyus' digital computers or engaged in training operators on this computer. In addition to a description of the purpose, operating response to the computer and organization of operator's working position, the report also discusses problems in training operators how to operate this machine and control production norms.
