The Cytopathic Effect of the Una Virus on a VNK-21 Culture (O Tsitopaticheskom Deistvii Virusa Una na Kulturu VNK-21),
Abstract
The cytological characteristics of the cytopathic effect of the Una virus on the VNK-21 cellular culture were studied. In stained preparations the cytopathic changes become visible 24 hours earlier than in unstained natural cultures. Such VNK-21 cultures can be used to collect Una virus and to make early viral diagnoses. (Author)
