Temperature Variations in a Water Reservoir During Winter,

Abstract

The formation of the heat regime of the waters of any reservoir occurs under the influence of heat exchange both at the upper boundary, that is, with the atmosphere, and at the lower boundary, with the ground forming the bottom. The thermal effect of these two fluxes is different at different seasons of the year. In this paper an attempt is made to give a solution of the problem of the formation of the temperature variation of water in a reservoir in the winter season. (Author)
